摘 要：

By using the independence structure of determinantal point processes, we study the radii and empirical distributions of the spherical matrices, the truncation of the circular unitary matrices and the product matrices with parameters n and k. The limiting distributions of the three types of matrices are obtained. In particular, for the product ensemble, we show that the limiting empirical distribution has a transition phenomenon: when k/n -->0, k/n -> c and k/n -> infity，the liming distribution is the Gumbel distribution, a new distribution U and the logarithmic normal distribution, respectively. This is the joint work with Yongcheng Qi.

简 介：

姜铁锋，斯坦福大学统计学博士，现为美国明尼苏达大学终身教授，美国总统奖获得者。主要从事概率统计理论及其相关领域的研究，特别是在概率论、大数据以及纯数学等交叉学科取得系列进展。姜教授目前已发表论文40多篇，其中绝大部分发表在国际顶尖的概率统计与机器学习杂志上，包括《Ann.Probab.》、《Probab. Theor. Rel. Fields》、《Ann. Stat.》、《Ann. Appl. Probab.》、《Journal of Machine Learning Research》、《Journal of Number Theory》、《Transaction of American Mathematical Society》等。另外上百余次在重要国际会议和世界著名大学做邀请报告、组织学术会议、开展暑期研讨班等。
