摘要：Consider sum of a complex Ginibre matrix and a non-random matrix, we observe that there are only two types of eigenvalue statistics at the spectral edge: Ginibre edge statistics and a newly discovered statistics. This talk is based on joint work with Lu Zhang (USTC).
